Delivery Waiver

ATTENTION DESIGNER MULCH CUSTOMERS:

Designer colored mulches (Jet Black, Brown, Auburn, Bright Red and Cherry Pine) must be given adequate time to dry after product has been spread. 24-48 hours without rain, moisture or irrigation is required to ensure the highest quality of our designer products. If this is not taken into consideration the color could bleed out.

GRAVEL CUSTOMERS:

Yard Works does not offer gravel spreading. This is a courtesy to our customers from our drivers. We do not stand behind spreading gravel.

GENERAL:

Yard Works is not responsible for damages incurred to driveways, property, etc. once the delivery driver leaves the state-maintained road. The customer hereby agrees to pay for all wrecker fees and to accept responsibility for damages to property and/or vehicle.
